Chef Astrid discovered her passion for food at the age of 8 while cooking with her mother in Caracas Venezuela. At just 15 years of age, Astrid enrolled and attended sushi, Mediterranean cuisine, and chocolatier seminars. All this exploring, lead Astrid to pursue a career as a pastry chef.
Astrid Arriaga has worked at prestigious companies such as The Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes, and The Golden Pod Chocolate Bar in Orlando Fl.
Today, her mission is to satisfy as many palates as possible with her Hispanic inspired desserts !
