Tung was born in Vietnam and raised in the States. He acquired a dual passion for dance and culinary arts. Tung is the executive chef/owner of ‘Phan’s restaurant and an internationally renowned B-Boy by the name of Tung-Fu. He has competed and professionally showcased his talent all over the world including Europe, Asia, and North America.
During his travels, Tung explores food and its distinctive flavor profile within these regions of the world. Tung has always found himself in family kitchens since high school. In 2011, he enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando FL. Since then; chef Tung has perfected his passion for culinary art.
