Born and raised in “The Big Apple”, this New Yorker now calls Central Florida home. Although she graduated from The Animal Behavioral College, Dayna has continued to pursue her lifelong passion.


Since the age of 16, Dayna has been creating desserts for family and friends. For the past 6 years, Dayna has continued to refine her craft in creating unique and customized desserts for her clients. Daynas passion for baking gives everything that extra ounce of deliciousness! Dayna's unforgettable custom macaroons and sugar creations continue to amaze all Runway Catering clients!
