Chef Christopher M. Hernandez knew he wanted to do something extraordinary from a young age. His self taught expertise would launch him into a whirlwind adventure in the fine dining industry. Chris started as a cook but shortly after, he was declared sous chef to French Michelin Star Chef Pascal Sanchez. Chef Christopher polished his inspiration in world cuisine with a Latin flair while working with one of the top chefs in the region. With his determination for success, passion for fine cuisine, and over ten years of experience in the culinary world, he decided to work independently and is now one of the young rising star chefs in Florida.
